USB charging is suitable for most smart devices.
Removable, washable covers make everyday care easier. Wash and dry on delicate settings with a small amount of detergent. Do not use bleach.
Removable covers also means replaceable! You can purchase new covers, or cushion cores, at any time for just $39.
Down-and-feather cushion fill is held in sewn channels to help reduce bunching.
Seat cushions combine memory foam with a down-and-feather wrap for a balance of support and softness. Fluff and rotate cushions as needed.
Our signature My Cloud base features a sinuous spring suspension sunken in the bottom of the frame with a 5" resilient memory foam topper. Designed to feel like you're floating on a cloud.
Lifetime durability of 7-10 years or more depending on how you care for your furniture. Cushions and cores replace at just $39.

Construction & materials+

Super stain resistant and easy to clean. They will easily withstand everyday household spills such as water, coffee, sodas, juices and even wine. We've found that 90% of spills are a simple wipe away with cloth and water. The other 10%, just toss it in the wash.
All of our fabrics are made of 100% performance polyester. super soft, stain resistant and sooo easy to clean. Non shrinking and non piling.

Cleaning instructions+

DIRT & SPOT CLEANING: gently wipe with cloth and water for 90% of what ends up on your sofa. The other 10% of stains, just toss it in the wash with a small amount of your favorite detergent.
DRY CLEANING: no need!
MACHINE WASH AT HOME: Use delicate setting, with cold/ warm water. Use any gentle soap. Recommended to avoid bleach since soap is able to remove most dirt and marks.
MACHINE DRY AT HOME: Yes, our fabrics are safe to dry at home! Just toss in the dryer on delicate, dryer sheets are welcome :)
REPLACEMENT COVERS: Time to replace? Just $39!

Care & maintenance+

FLUFF & ROTATE CUSHIONS REGULARLY: Fluffing and rotating cushions regularly is important for a few practical reasons. First, it helps maintain their shape and prevents them from becoming lumpy or flat over time. When you sit on a cushion, the filling—whether it’s feathers, foam, or polyester—gets compressed. Fluffing redistributes the filling, restoring its loft and comfort.
Rotating them ensures even wear, especially if you tend to favor one spot on a couch or chair, which can otherwise lead to uneven sagging or indentations. It also keeps them looking good. Cushions that aren’t tended to can develop permanent creases or faded patches from uneven exposure to light. Flipping or rotating them spreads out the wear and tear, extending their lifespan. Plus, it’s a simple way to freshen up a room without much effort—fluffed cushions just look more inviting.
Our My Cloud sofas feature premium down & feather cushion cores! We use what is called a 'down-proof ticking' that encases the fill in channels (much like a Patagonia down jacket) so everything stays where it should be. It's very rare, but not impossible for feathers to poke thru, but if they do, just a simple cushion rotation and fluff will help alleviate that.
These small habits keep your cushions comfy, durable, and presentable longer. Neglect them, and you’ll notice the difference pretty quick.

Are the covers machine washable?+

Yes. My Cloud has removable, machine-washable covers. Follow the cover's care label and our cleaning guide. Treat spills promptly and do not machine wash the cushion inserts.

How do I keep the cushions looking their best?+

Fluff and rotate the cushions regularly to redistribute the fill and encourage even wear. My Cloud has a relaxed, comfortable look.

Can I see the colors and try the comfort?+

Visit our Burnsville showroom next to Menards. You can feel the fabric, try the sit and get help choosing a configuration. You can also order free fabric swatches.

How soon can I get it?+
