Spills happen. Your removable covers make the cleanup easier. These instructions are for My Cloud covers labeled machine washable. Wash covers only, not foam or feather cushion cores.

1. Blot first. Lift away excess liquid with a clean, absorbent cloth. Avoid scrubbing.
2. Remove the cover. Unzip carefully and note which cushion it belongs to.
3. Wash gently. Use cold water, the delicate cycle, and a small amount of gentle detergent. Do not bleach.
4. Dry gently. Air drying is recommended. If your care label permits machine drying, use the delicate setting and avoid high heat. Skip dryer sheets.
5. Refit and fluff. Let the cover dry completely, replace it carefully, and redistribute the cushion fill.

Always follow the care label on your specific cover if it differs from this guide.

Fluff regularly. Gently work the cushion from several sides to redistribute its down and feather fill and restore loft.

Rotate where the design allows. Alternate cushions to spread everyday wear. Do not force a shaped cushion into a different position.

Refresh the surface. Vacuum gently with an upholstery attachment to lift loose dust and crumbs. Reattach cushion clips after cleaning where fitted.

A zipper does not automatically mean a cover is washable. Check the care label for your exact fabric before using water or cleaner.

• Vacuum gently to remove crumbs and dust, following the direction of textured fabric.
• Blot spills promptly. Test any permitted cleaner in a hidden spot first.
• Use as little moisture as possible. Avoid soaking the filling or scrubbing the fabric.
• Let the area dry completely before using it. For a difficult stain, ask us about your fabric before trying a stronger treatment.

W: A water-based upholstery cleaner is permitted.

S: Use an appropriate solvent-based upholstery cleaner. Professional cleaning is a good option.

W/S: Either type may be permitted; follow the product’s instructions and test first.

X: Vacuum or brush only. Do not apply water or solvent cleaners.

These codes describe spot cleaning. They do not authorize machine washing.

For everyday dust and spills: use a soft cloth, lightly dampened as needed, then wipe dry. Use coasters and protect surfaces from hot dishes.

For a deeper clean: choose a product approved for your specific finish and test it in a hidden area. Avoid abrasive pads, soaking, and harsh cleaners.

Metal frames: wipe gently and dry thoroughly. Ask us before using a polish or touch-up product.

Power furniture: unplug before cleaning. Keep liquids away from controls, motors, connectors, and charging ports; follow the upholstery label for the fabric.

Mattresses: use a protector and follow the mattress care label. Do not machine wash the mattress cover unless the label explicitly permits it.

Patio furniture: follow the material-specific instructions. Let cushions dry fully before storing and protect furniture from prolonged exposure when it is not in use.
