THE PART WE TELL YOU IN THE SHOWROOM

Yes, clouds need fluffing.

The cushions settle. Your favorite spot gets lived in. A little regular care helps keep your Cloud feeling like your Cloud.

See the full care guide
  1. 01

    Fluff the cushions.

Redistribute the fill and bring back its loft after lounging.

  2. 02

    Flip and rotate.

Give your favorite spot a break and help loose cushions wear evenly.

  3. 03

    Wash. Refresh. Relax.

Remove the covers. Wash and dry on delicate.

Full disclosure (because that’s what we’re about): With real down and feathers inside, a feather can occasionally work its way through the cover. It’s perfectly normal.
