  • USB charging is suitable for most smart devices.
  • Removable, washable covers make everyday care easier. Wash and dry on delicate settings with a small amount of detergent. Do not use bleach.
  • Removable covers also means replaceable! You can purchase new covers, or cushion cores, at any time for just $39.
  • Down-and-feather cushion fill is held in sewn channels to help reduce bunching.
  • Seat cushions combine memory foam with a down-and-feather wrap for a balance of support and softness. Fluff and rotate cushions as needed.
  • Our signature My Cloud base features a sinuous spring suspension sunken in the bottom of the frame with a 5" resilient memory foam topper. Designed to feel like you're floating on a cloud.
  • Lifetime durability of 7-10 years or more depending on how you care for your furniture. Cushions and cores replace at just $39.
  • Quick & easy assembly at just 5 minutes.

Cleaning+
  • LIMPIEZA DE SUCIEDAD Y MANCHAS: limpie suavemente con un paño y agua el 90% de lo que termine en su sofá. El otro 10% de las manchas, simplemente lávelo con una pequeña cantidad de su detergente favorito.
  • LIMPIEZA EN SECO: ¡no es necesario!
  • LAVADO A MÁQUINA EN CASA: Use un ciclo delicado, con agua fría/tibia. Use cualquier jabón suave. Se recomienda evitar la lejía ya que el jabón es capaz de eliminar la mayor parte de la suciedad y las marcas.
  • SECADO A MÁQUINA EN CASA: ¡Sí, nuestras telas se pueden secar en casa! Simplemente colóquelas en la secadora en ciclo delicado, las toallitas para secadora son bienvenidas :)

Care & maintenance+
  • AHUECAR Y GIRAR LOS COJINES REGULARMENTE: Ahuecar y girar los cojines regularmente es importante por varias razones prácticas. Primero, ayuda a mantener su forma y evita que se vuelvan irregulares o planos con el tiempo. Cuando te sientas en un cojín, el relleno –ya sean plumas, espuma o poliéster– se comprime. Ahuecarlo redistribuye el relleno, restaurando su volumen y comodidad.
  • Girarlos asegura un desgaste uniforme, especialmente si tiendes a usar siempre el mismo sitio en un sofá o silla, lo que de otro modo podría provocar hundimientos o hendiduras desiguales. También ayuda a que se vean bien. Los cojines a los que no se les presta atención pueden desarrollar arrugas permanentes o manchas descoloridas por una exposición desigual a la luz. Voltearlos o girarlos distribuye el desgaste, prolongando su vida útil. Además, es una forma sencilla de refrescar una habitación sin mucho esfuerzo: los cojines ahuecados simplemente se ven más atractivos.
  • Nuestros sofás My Cloud cuentan con núcleos de cojines de plumón y plumas de primera calidad. Utilizamos lo que se denomina una «tela a prueba de plumón» que encierra el relleno en canales (muy parecido a una chaqueta de plumón Patagonia) para que todo permanezca en su lugar. Es muy raro, pero no imposible que las plumas se salgan, pero si lo hacen, una simple rotación y ahuecado del cojín ayudará a aliviarlo.
  • Estos pequeños hábitos mantienen tus cojines cómodos, duraderos y presentables por más tiempo. Si los descuidas, notarás la diferencia bastante rápido.
